DJ AM, whose real name was Adam Goldstein, has been found dead in his apartment in New York, according to entertainment website TMZ. The popular website reported police sources as saying the 36-year-old was found in his apartment around 5:20 pm on Friday (local time). They say there was drug paraphernalia at the scene. The police were reportedly notified after friends, who had not heard from Goldstein for several days, went to his apartment but could not get a response after knocking on his door. DJ AM, the former boyfriend of Nicole Richie, was originally a member of the band Crazy Town - known for their hit song Butterfly. He has since performed as a DJ for a host of celebrities and featured on albums for Madonna, Papa Roach and Will Smith.

Santana and his son’s mother had a dispute in front of his home in Teaneck, New Jersey, and neighbors called the police. When the cops arrived, Santana (born Laron James) was arrested after getting into an argument with authorities. He was taken to the station and then released. Juelz, an original member of the Diplomats and leader of new rap crew the Skull Gang, was not charged a crime. A rep for the Teaneck police said a report about the incident is still being compiled and no details are ready to be released
LOS ANGELES - The Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson’s death a homicide, a law enforcement official told The Associated Press, a finding that makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against the doctor who was with the pop star when he died on June 25. According to the document, Murray said he’d been treating Jackson for insomnia for about six weeks with 50 milligrams of propofol every night via an intravenous drip. But he said he feared Jackson was forming an addiction to the anesthetic, which is normally used in hospitals only, and was attempting to wean his patient by lowering the dose to 25 milligrams and adding the sedatives lorazepam and midazolam. Singer called propofol his ‘milk’ That combination succeeded in helping Jackson sleep two days prior to his death, so the next day, Murray told detectives he cut off the propofol — and Jackson fell asleep with just the two sedatives. Then around 1:30 a.m. on June 25, starting with a 10-milligram tab of Valium, Murray said he tried a series of drugs instead of propofol to make Jackson sleep. The injections included two milligrams of lorazepam around 2 a.m., two milligrams of midazolam around 3 a.m., and repeats of each at 5 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. respectively. Murray told detectives that around 10:40 a.m. he gave in to Jackson’s “repeated demands/requests” for propofol, which the singer referred to as his “milk.” He administered 25 milligrams of the white-colored liquid, — a relatively small dose — and finally, Jackson fell asleep. Murray remained with the sedated Jackson for about 10 minutes, then left for the bathroom. No more than two minutes later, he returned — and found Jackson had stopped breathing. Jackson’s family released a statement Monday, saying it has “full confidence” in the legal process and the efforts of investigators. An Orange police officer, Jared Rohrig, tricked a 25 year old woman to have sex with him by pretending to be his twin brother last month. At this point the name of the woman has not been revealed yet. However, she told the police on July 22 that she was sexually assaulted by Jared Rohrig when she went to meet Joe Rohrig. Connpost reported that she had sexual relationship with Joe Rohrig since March, and on July 19 she talked on the phone she believes was Joe Rohrig, and agreed to meet at his house. The search warrant filed at, Milford Superior Court, also revealed that she went to the hot tub with the Rohrig brother she thought was Joe, began kissing him and willingly went to the bedroom with him. However, the warrant states that, while having sex, she noticed that “the cowboy tattoo” on Joe’s left buttons was missing. She, “immediately began to cry and asked him where his tattoo went,“. “The male replied that he had never had a tattoo and told her that she must have hooked up with his brother who had a tattoo,“ “The female victim realized at this point that this was not the person that she had previously had sexual relations with.“ According to Connpost, she told the police that she got out of the bed and tried to leave but the man “grabbed her arms and threw her on the bed, where she continued to cry,” and he continued to have sex with her. The woman told Jared Rohrig to get off her but the man continued to have sex with her, and put a pillow over her face. It didn’t prevent her from breathing but she felt “scared and claustrophobic,” according to Connpost. She tried to push him off but she couldn’t, “because he was too strong and she gave up,“ Connpost reported that, after the assault she went to Milford Hospital to complete a sexual assault evidence kit, and Jared Rohrig surrendered to police Friday and posted a $50,000 bond. He is to be arraigned on charges of first-degree sexual assault and criminal impersonation Sept. 8 in Milford Superior Court.

After weeks of “MYSTERY/BIG ANNOUNCEMENT” messages coming from Bow Wow’s Twitter and Youtube pages, the Ohio-based rapper has finally revealed being the newest addition to the CA$H MONEY Record label. “People have been wondering where I’ve been,” the rapper said in a video. “For the past days, I’ve been here, keeping away from all human contact. GRETNA, La. – Clad in an orange jail jumpsuit and with shackles on his hands and ankles, rapper Corey “C-Murder” Miller stood silently as he was sentenced to life in prison on Friday for the shooting death of a teenager in 2002. District Judge Hans Liljeberg gave Miller the mandatory life sentence, days after a jury convicted the rapper of second-degree murder. Miller was convicted of shooting 16-year-old fan Steve Thomas at a now-closed nightclub in Harvey after a confrontation during a rap contest. “We still cry every day for our baby,” Dolores Thomas said, weeping. “We never got to see him graduate, go to the prom, get married. We won’t have a grandchild to love.” Thomas’s father, George Thomas, said holding in the pain of his son’s murder led to a heart attack which left him in intensive care for four months. Then he turned to address the Miller family and friends in the courtroom directly. “I’m sorry for you, but you can see him,” he said. “You can talk to him. What do we have? All we can look at are photos and a grave.” In Louisiana the sentence does not allow probation or parole. Miller was fingerprinted after the sentencing, then surrounded with guards and taken immediately to the Elayn Hunt Correctional Center in St. Gabriel, 13 miles south of Baton Rouge. Miller has been in jail after pleading no contest to two counts of attempted murder in a separate altercation at a nightclub in Baton Rouge in 2001. Miller and his brothers — Percy “Master P” Miller and Vyshonn “Silkk The Shocker” Miller — used to rap on Percy Miller’s now-defunct No Limit Records, a popular label for Southern rap through the 1990s.

Sara Stokes, the lead singer from Diddy’s original “Making the Band” reality show, is now singing a sad tune after she allegedly stabbing her husband while her children watched! This bloody mug shot was taken after Stokes was arrested for domestic violence August 2 at their home in Moreno Valley, CA. According to law enforcement sources, Sara stormed out of the house after arguing with husband Tony — she tripped, fell down and accused him of doing it. We’re told Sara — who hurt her head in the fall — grabbed a knife and stabbed Tony in the arm — while their 3 kids watched. Paramedics and cops came and Stokes was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence. The D.A. is deciding whether to charge her. Sara’s lawyer, Eric Kayira, tells us, “Sara and Tony have a very passionate and loving relationship that on August 2, while having an evening of fun, she slipped and fell, hitting her head heavily on the ground and somehow in the process of helping her Tony got injured.”

Ok so Christina Milian finally confirms her love for The dream (Gag)…… “We don’t have any wedding plans made yet - but it hasn’t already happened, that I can confirm. What woman in their right state of mind would say “No” to that? Then again, we don’t know too many women who would choose to wake up to The Dreams face every morning. Anyway, the pair is already thinking about having children, but want to ensure they have achieved as much as possible with their careers before starting a family together. The Dream explained: “I love kids, and Christina loves kids probably more than I do.” We wish these two the best of luck. We know her wedding gown will be beautiful.
