Massachusetts Is NOW A POT HEAD STATE!!!!!!!

They told you it was coming! Massachusetts voters have helped pass a bill to decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana, making getting caught with less than an ounce of pot punishable by a civil fine of $100. The change in the law means someone found carrying less than an once will not be reported to the state’s criminal history board. now thats something to vote for in my book!!

Barack Obama’s Grandmother has Died!!

With only ONE DAY left in their mission to change this World in front of our very eyes, Barack Obama and family mourn as his maternal grandmother loses her battle against cancer… Democrat presidential candidate Barack Obama’s quest for the highest office on land suffered a body blow on Tuesday morning after her 86 year old grand mother, Madely Dunham, lost her battle to cancer. Senator Obama and his wife Michelle released a press statement at 12. 45 am Kenyan time announcing the demise of his grandmother. Obama has in the past variously embelished his grandmother as the pillar of strength in his life. The death of Obama’s grandmother came hours before Americans went to the polls on Tuesday in a battle that pits Senator Barack Obama, the son of a Kenyan, against Senator John McCain of the Republican party. And as polling stations open for the final round of voting this morning, Mr Obama leads Mr McCain in six of eight battleground states.

Keyshia Cole gave Young Jeezy the boot?

Keyshia Cole speaks about breaking off an engagement to a man with a ten year old son, that she was dating for a year and a half nn the new issue of Essence Magazine. She did not reveal the identity of her fiance but she was dating rapper, Young Jeezy at the time. Here is what she told Essence: “I just couldn’t do it. It’s weird. After this guy proposed to me, I was like, dang, this is everything a woman lives for: to be married, with a ring, to be able to represent something. But for me, it was the opposite. I was scared. When you get married, you become one; you don’t live just for yourself anymore. I’m just not ready for that. I’m not done with my goals in life. What’s the word when you just kind of fall back and let your man do the man thing? Submit? I’m all jacked up on that word. I just couldn’t submit. But I loved him. That’s the crazy thing about it. It’s been hard because I really missed that child.”

Isiah Thomas busted for taking too many sleeping pills!

Isiah Thomas was recently taken to the hospital after a reported incident involving his addiction to sleeping pills. To add to this issue, his representatives tried to cover it up by blaming it on his daughter… Officers who responded to Isiah Thomas’ home after a 911 call reporting an overdose on sleeping pills found a man passed out on the floor and gave him oxygen until an ambulance arrived, are sticking to their story. Authorities have not publicly identified Thomas as the victim, but a person familiar with the case, speaking on condition of anonymity because the official police report has not been released, has confirmed it was the former NBA star and Knicks coach. On Tuesday, Harrison Police Chief David Hall provided new details about last week’s emergency in which officers were handed a bottle of prescription pills at Thomas’ Westchester County home, according to ESPN.com. Hall said the bottle had a name on it, but he would not disclose the precise medication. He said police called the overdose accidental because there was no suicide note and no indication the victim suffered from depression. ESPN.com’s Henry Abbott reported that the medication was the prescription drug Lunesta. Hall continued to criticize Thomas for not acknowledging he was treated for the overdose and for saying it was teenage daughter, Lauren, who had a medical issue. “As parents, you try to protect your kids; you don’t say they did something when it was you who did it,” Hall said. “We know the difference between a 47-year-old man and a teenager.”

Def Jam Executive V.P. Shakir Stewart Commits Suicide!

The music world has lost another soul… Def Jam Executive Vice President Shakir Stewart, who replaced Jay-z at the helm of the label and signed such artists as Rick Ross and Young Jeezy, died Saturday (November 1). According to reports, he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Further details were not available at press time. A native of Oakland, California, Stewart was appointed executive vice president in June, which he called his dream job. A graduate of Atlanta’s Morehouse College, he previously worked at Hitco Music Publishing, to which he signed Beyoncé, according to Billboard. He was an A&R consultant at LaFace Records from 2000 to 2004 and signed Ciara to the label. He recently signed up-and-coming artists Rocko and Karina Pasian to Def Jam. Stewart succeeded Jay-Z, who resigned his post at Def Jam in December of last year, in June. He told Billboard at the time that his goal was to help develop “new, young executives … the hot executive who’s 21, 22 years old and has a serious passion for music and the desire to work 27 hours a day. That’s where I was at that time in my life. And that’s who I’m looking to mentor. I don’t see many people like that. Instead, I see a lot of kids who want to live the lifestyle but don’t want to put in the work and do what it takes.” On a personal note, Shakir, or “Shake,” as his friends call him, was one of the coolest. Saturday night on Atlanta radio, legendary DJ and longtime friend Greg Street saluted him. Authorities investigating the matter could not be reached for comment at press time.

Two racist idiots arrested after plot to kill Barack Obama!

Damn, can the man catch a break? He’s about to President whether you like it or not!! Two white supremacists allegedly plotted to go on a national killing spree, shooting and decapitating black people and ultimately targeting Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, federal authorities said Monday. In all, the two men whom officials describe as neo-Nazi skinheads planned to kill 88 people — 14 by beheading, according to documents unsealed in U.S. District Court in Jackson, Tenn. The numbers 88 and 14 are symbolic in the white supremacist community. The spree, which initially targeted an unidentified predominantly African-American school, was to end with the two men driving toward Obama, “shooting at him from the windows,” the court documents show. “Both individuals stated they would dress in all white tuxedos and wear top hats during the assassination attempt,” the court complaint states. “Both individuals further stated they knew they would and were willing to die during this attempt.” An Obama spokeswoman traveling with the senator in Pennsylvania had no immediate comment.

Slated to air on MTV, ‘Daddy’s Girls’ will also showcase Angela and Vanessa Simmons’ ‘Pastry’ shoe and clothing line as the girls transform the line into a more grown-up brand. “I appreciate my process because that’s going to make me stronger in the end and the best talent that I can possibly give the world” says Vanessa Simmons.

Magic Johnson was accused of having “Fake AIDS”

Two conservative radio hosts at KTLK in Minnesota recently suggested that Magic Johnson has “fake HIV” on their radio program… Perry responded by asking about treatable diseases that a person can live with for a long time “if you just get some basic drugs.” Baker responded, “Like Magic Johnson?” Perry replied, “Like Magic with his faked AIDS. Magic faked AIDS.” Baker said, “You think Magic faked AIDS for sympathy?” Perry replied, “I’m convinced that Magic faked AIDS.” “Me too,” Baker said. Source: Media Matters Magic Johnson immediately responded to these stupid allegations claiming that they were false statements… “We can’t have people out here making false statements and putting out bad information, because this battle is too big when it comes to HIV and AIDS,” Johnson told The Associated Press regarding the remarks of Chris Baker and Langdon Perry of KTLK in Minneapolis. “I poured my life into it and a lot of other people have poured their life into it, into getting out the right information so people can protect themselves and know what HIV and AIDS is all about.” Although Johnson called the remarks “so stupid,” he also said he wants the hosts to keep their jobs stating: “I would rather they educate their audience.”

O.J. Simpson found Guilty on all charges in robbery trial!!

O.J. Simpson has been found guilty on all charges of the gunpoint robbery. He could be facing up to life in prison! The Hall of Fame football star was convicted of kidnapping, armed robbery and 12 other charges for gathering up five men a year ago and storming into a room at a hotel-casino, where the group seized several game balls, plaques and photos. Prosecutors said two of the men with him were armed; one of them said Simpson asked him to bring a gun. Simpson’s co-defendant, Clarence “C.J.” Stewart, 54, was also convicted on all charges.

Rihanna was mistaken for the artist formerly known as Prince!!

Word is that Rihanna was “mortified” when a crowd of fans addressed her as Prince when she walked through a London airport last month… “Some fans screamed out ‘Prince’ when they saw her,” a Star Magazine witness claims. “But when they got close enough to ask for an autograph, they realized he was she.” “She didn’t know what to say.” OUCH!!!

A woman claims that NFL Kansas City Chiefs Running Back Larry Johnson gave her herpes. Once the case was dropped the young lady then turned to defaming Mr. Johnson’s name to the only website that would resort to reporting such frivolous lies, Balleralert.com. Mr. Johnson cares does not have herpes. He cares about his fans deeply and he thanks his supporters for not believing these allegations which are untrue. Now we ain’t sayin’ she’s a Gold Digger…

Suspect SNITCHED On Hisself In Hudson's Case!!!!!!!

William Balfour.... the only suspect in the Hudson triple murder case.... allegedly told his current girlfriend he was involved in the murders of Hudson's mother and brother, according to sources at the Chicago Tribune. Balfour's girlfriend in turn told police what he told her. The Tribune also cites sources saying Balfour "acknowledged being at Hudson's Englewood home" on the morning Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were shot to death inside, and Jen's nephew was abducted and later killed. These are incredible statements considering William.... who has not been charged with a crime.... could be released tomorrow morning pending a decision by the Illinois Prisoner Review Board on whether he violated the terms of his parole. Chicago police refused to comment.

Hip - Hop is truely Dead!! It’s a wrap for Rap City. BET has pulled the plug of the hip-hop oriented series after 21 seasons, the network announced Tuesday. Effective November 10, Rap City will be replaced by The Deal, a new hour long video series hosted by DJ Diamond Kutz and patterned by the original show. Where one journey ends the other begins!!.
